Location and express check-in made it easy.

The stay had some ups and downs. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and nearby dining options. The room was clean and the amenities, like the fridge and microwave, were useful. However, the air conditioning struggled to keep the place cool, which was a bit uncomfortable during the hot days.

I found the room pleasantly decorated and spacious, which made moving around easy. The hotel was conveniently located near local shops, making it accessible for me as a senior. Check-in was smooth and welcoming too.

Improve the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

The friendly staff genuinely made me feel welcomed during my stay. Their willingness to assist with my requests was a true highlight.

Unfortunately, the hotel lacked some key amenities that were important to me.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. mold in the bathroom and dirty carpets made it feel more like a rundown motel than a proper hotel. Our room had a lingering odor that was pretty unpleasant and the air conditioning barely worked, leaving us uncomfortable during the night. I also found the mattresses thin and hard, which didn't do me any favors for a good night's rest. It felt like every corner of the room was showing signs of neglect, with broken fixtures and poorly maintained surfaces throughout the property. On top of that, the noise from neighboring rooms made sleeping a struggle.

During my recent stay at Elevation, I found the room to be nicely appointed with a fridge and microwave, which greatly facilitated my work needs. Everything was remarkably clean, and the staff were accommodating, ensuring I had all the necessary amenities and support for my business tasks.

This place was a great match for a quick stay in South Lake Tahoe with good value. The bathroom floor had some dirt, but it was manageable for a short trip. Keep in mind that check-in isn't until 4:00 PM, so plan accordingly.

We got a decent room, clean and tidy, but I can't forget that horrible heater that did nothing despite our freezing nerves. The staff were friendly enough when we asked for extra towels after realizing we had none, but they shouldn't need to be so accommodating at a paid stay.

Clean room, cozy bed, with reliable wi-fi that easily supported our devices and convenient beach access for a quick swim.

dirty room, bathroom and furniture. all dirty bedsheets with lots and lots of stains, cold room dirty windows dirty curtains dirty floor. bathroom is fully covered with spiderwebs broken shower that was fixed with “paper tape” broken window was “duck taped”.

I had a great stay. The amenities included a fridge and microwave, which were very helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained. Staff provided excellent support during my visit. Location was convenient for accessing the beach and local shops. 🏖️

The location was fantastic, right next to the beach, but the room had multiple issues. There were dirty towels, a clogged toilet, and blood-stained sheets. Attempts to get assistance were met with excuses and no resolution. It's disappointing that they failed to address these critical problems effectively.
